A full refund will be automatically issued to all users who have submitted their application through this website, in the event of a denial by the government, excluding the non-refundable government fee of $50.

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is understood and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the timeframe indicated during your application.

If you decide to request a refund after your application has been submitted, you may be subject to a service cancellation fee of $35. Refunds will only be granted if the application has not yet been submitted to the Vietnamese government. Please note that refunds due to personal changes or voluntary cancellation of travel may also be denied. We therefore encourage you to apply only after carefully reviewing the information provided on our website.

Refunds or reimbursements, other than rebates approved by the Vietnamese government, will be evaluated and determined within 72 hours by our legal team.

All transactions are conducted in United States dollars (USD). Your refund will be issued in USD and processed within three business days of receiving your written request to withdraw from the contract. Once the payment is issued, your bank or credit card provider may convert the funds into your local currency. You will receive the same amount in USD that was originally charged.

• Your full name (as it appears in your passport)

• Your passport number

• The email address used to register on this website
