Refund Policy

A full refund will be automatically issued to all users who have submitted their application through this website, in the event of a denial by the government, excluding the non-refundable government fee of $50.

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is understood and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the timeframe indicated during your application.

If you decide to request a refund after your application has been submitted, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of $35. Refunds will only be accepted if the application has not yet been submitted to the Sri Lankan government. Please note that refunds due to personal changes or voluntary cancellation of travel may also be denied. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read and apply in accordance with the information provided on our website.

Refunds or reimbursements other than those approved by the Sri Lankan government will be evaluated and determined within 72 hours by our legal team.

All transactions are processed in United States dollars (USD). Your refund will be issued in USD and processed within three business days of receiving your written request to withdraw from the contract. Once the refund is issued, your bank or credit card provider may convert the amount to your local currency. You will receive the same amount in USD that was originally charged.

  • Your reason for the request

  • Your full name (as it appears in your passport)

  • Your passport number

  • The email address used to register on this website

For multiple requests, please include all names and passport numbers. All refund requests will be reviewed within 72 hours.
