Refund Policy

A full refund will be automatically processed for all users who have submitted their application through this website, in the event of a denial by the Government. This excludes the non-refundable government fee of $120.

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is understood and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the timeframe indicated during your application.

If you decide to request a refund after your application has been submitted, you may be subject to an application service cancellation fee of $35. Refunds will only be granted if the application has not yet been submitted to the Saudi Arabia Government. Refunds requested due to personal reasons or simple travel cancellations may also be denied. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review and apply in accordance with the information provided on our website.

All transactions are conducted in United States dollars (USD). Your refund will be issued in USD and processed within three business days of your written request to withdraw from the contract. Once the payment is issued, your bank or credit card provider may convert the funds into your local currency. You will receive the same USD amount that was originally charged.

  • Your reason for the request

  • Your full name (as it appears in your passport)

  • Your passport number

  • The email address used to register on this website

For multiple applications, please include all full names and passport numbers. All refund requests will be reviewed within 24 hours.
